Leading the team at The Indian Cottage is Mr Singh's eldest son Raj.

Raj manages renowned head chef Imtiaz Akhtar and his highly skilled kitchen staff, and head waiter Mohammed Iqbal who along with his experienced and personable team of waiters carry out Mr Singh's mission of providing excellent customer care as well as excellent food!

In charge of the busy team at The Indian Brasserie is Mr Singh's younger son, the highly popular Jackson. Jackson 's leads an impressive team of kitchen staff headed by Lukhwinder (Lucky) Singh, and his team of enthusiastic waiters headed by Dave Bahdur

Of course Mr Singh is always on hand to ensure his unique standards of quality and service are consistently met.
